October I-140 Filed cases VSC !!!

No Title

My case was filed on Oct. 4th. My attorney hasn\'t got receipt yet. I think the reason could be now sending mails becomes slower because of anthrax scare. Make sense?
 
Whats going on with VSC

any RD from OCT filed I-140...seems no one is updating the OCT board...any one got the receipts....any info about VSC processing...

My attorney got receipt today. I don\'t know RD, ND because I am not able to call in AVM. It is always busy.

Your RD and ND is also written on the receipt, if your attorney is willing to share it with you.

The AVM says "Your I140 petition was received on Oct. 16th". Is it RD or ND?

ND: OCT 23, 2001
EAC# 02-019-5XXXX
PD: Jan 4, 2001.
Opted for CP New Delhi on I-140 filed case.
