We can goto the local office and get the EAD !
No need to pay the fee again but you will need to original reciepts !
 
Got my spouse\'s EAD card on 12/31

My spouse EAD was approved on 12/26 (Not on 12/27 as posted earlier)
and got the card on 12/31.

Hi,

Are you sure we need to get the original reciepts? Can\'t we just take the copies and go and get the stuff.

Please reply if you know about this.

My friend got his wife\'s EAD in \'00 before they got the EAD cards. He took the original Reciepts along to the INS office.
If you have some info on it , pls share it with me.

Any 10/2001 EAD filers who did not receive EAD yet?

Mine 10/17 RD, 11/30 ND not yet. Any 10/2001 EAD filers left??
 
Same here....

My wife and I filed for EAD with AOS and AP on 10/25. Wife got EAD on 12/23, I\'m still waiting.
AVM says that on dec 17th your case was approved. We have ordered you a new card...... IT was the same for my wife too, before it changed to \'YOUr case was approved on Dec 18th. We mailed you .... if 14 days have passed....".
Anybody in the same waters?
 
Please Help for EAD/ MD-29th Oct\'2001

Hi,
My lawyer mailed my I-485 on 29th Oct\' 2001. I have not received EADs yet. No receipts also received by my lawyer.
How I could know my status of EADs. Can I talk to IIO, but which reference. I am EB2. Please help me.

you can

Call them and give your details like first and last name and your date of birth. I got my EAC numbers by calling them.
