Spouse EAD filed on 10/27.
VSC recvd the app on 10/29 (from FedEx tracking).
Never received the notice.
Approved on 12/13.
Card received on 12/18.
 
Hang in there..

There is certainly no linearity in the INS processes things, so just hang in there, your turn will come. Its only been 2 weeks since I got my receipts, so it really hasn\'t been that long (atleast on the INS clock).
Some more info about my case.

EB2 (opted for AOS in I-140).
Just hoping to get the EAD cards soon. And then Next stop (another_wish) would be FP notices!!

we got AP approved on 13 and 14 December and Waiting for EAD.

All my rcpt notices (i-485,ead,ap) went to my attornay. In the rcpt notices the the address coloumn it shows my attorney name and my company address. And in notice it written as "the notice of action will be sent to the address listed above "
So who will rcv my ead card(My ND is 12/6/2001)Whteher it will come to me or to attorney
 
I\'m pretty sure

that it will come to your home address.
Our 485 was applied back in July along with my EAD. (RD 7/5/01 ND 8/20/01 for 485). I never received the EAD notice, but received the EAD card on 8/29 with approval date on 8/24 to my home address. Then I applied EAD for my spouse on 10/27 (MD), VSC received it on 10/29 (FedEx tracking date) . I received the EAD card y\'day (10/18) with approval date of 10/13. Again, no notice for EAD and EAD received at my home new address.

So even if you attorney applies for EAD, the actual card comes to your home address.
 
My wife got her EAD card on 12/11. It\'s 12/19, and I still didn\'t receive my EAD card.

My wife and I applied for 485, EAD, 131 on 10/1/2001. RD 10/2/2001. ND 11/21/2001. AVM says my EAD application is approved and the card is ordered. For my wife\'s EAC number it says her application is approved and notice is sent. My wife received her EAD card on 12/11/01, but I haven\'t received mine yet. I have been waiting since a week.
 
You bet. I agree that there is not much logic...

...in the way INS processes things. Patience and information is the key here. My case is similar EB2 (opted for AOS in I-140). Good luck to you too.
 
similar case here.

Yesterday when I checked the AVM, for my wife it says that her case was approved and a notice was sent(different from 2 days ago). For me it says my EAD application is approved and the card is ordered (same as two days ago). I guess her card is ready and mine isn\'t. keeping my fingers crossed.

So when can I expect card
