June 04 Processing dates for NSC

EB3 I 140 hasn't changed from 09/09/03. I485 moved about a month to 1/15/02.
 
My FP status is updated to
"the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."
I-140 ND Oct 30
I-485 ND Oct 30
Hope we all can get our green cards soon..
 
Updates

Semi-good news. My I-140 and I-485 were both updated on 6/14/04. I-140 was last updated 10/07/03 (a week after filing) and I-485 was last updated 6/01/04 (2 weeks after finger print). However, messages are still the same; 'FP received...' for I-485 and 'Application received...' for I-140. Anyone experiencing the same situation? Hopefully, this is the start of a good thing.

u know what chelsea, this looks like good news :) u receipt date sounds very likely to be the date these guys would actually start implementing the concurrent adjudication and if both cases got updated on the same day it does signal something good. i would keep my fingers crossed and hope sincerely u r going to approvals for both cases very soon because that would mean we people who r recent filers have some hope that NSC is starting implementation of the new memo. all the best.

I just checked my Portfolio and both my I140/I485 was updated on 6/15/2004. But it didn't let me check the message when I clicked on the link.
it said "validation errors".

My case details:
I765/I131/I140/I485 ND 1/10/2003 Concurrent

I765/I131 AD 12/11/2003

The Beginning Of Concurrent Processing???????

Great news,Hopefully u should see your approval soon.My lawyer confirmed that concurrent processing may start anytime at NSC.
Hopefully this is the beginning.

WOW, from mr2002 and 3235_chelsea post's, both of them have RD 10/1/2003 and both of their 140/485 have been updated. Looks like they have started working on october cases atlast.

keep us updated on what happens after that update or the outcome of that update. we sure would like to know what caused that update :)
 
1st week october filers

Can everybody who have RD's in the first week of october, please check their last updated date in their portofolios and post message here if both their 140 and 485 have been updated oflate.

It would help us to come to a conclusion as of weather they started working on october cases.

USCIS only update their website over the weekend. So, we'll find out if AILA screwed up or something really is happening over at NSC in a couple of days. If indeed the date has changed to 05/2004 we could at least call up the 800 number and request a case status or talk to someone.
 
my case is EB3 and RIR. I have an approved EAD and a pending AP which was filed is April. AP hasn't been updated since receipt.
