Oct 2003 to March 2004 filers

Anyone who filed between Oct 2003 and March 2004 and did their FP in September or October 2004? When is VSC going to process these cases?
 
I did my 1st FP on 9/25 and our case was filed concurrently on 10/17/03.
My 140 is not approved yet as you can see from my signature.

I did not see any LUD change at all since 10/03. Don't know what's wrong with my case. In the beginning i thought its because my case was filed using subsititute labor, but some substitute cases filed in 2004 got approved. Since then i was thinking that its just a matter of luck. Easy to say, but hard to digest the fact that U R ONE OF THE UNFORTUNATE PPL. :( :(
 
Waiting for the approval...Before that one more hurdle..my Name check is pending....When ??? God only knows....

My I-140 / I-485 ND is 10/23/03. FP was done on 09/10/04 (Fort Worth, TX ASC) and online status was updated 6 days later.

Based on other posts, the VSC is apparently processing April through October 2003 cases at a separate location (with a second location handling all other cases). I don't know if this is true but from the approval trend that we've seen it seems that it could be. Apparently, the goal for the first location is to clear all those cases by March 2005 so I'm hoping to get my I-485 processed by then, earlier if I'm lucky, later if I'm unlucky...

I guess you'd add a month to that time for each month after October 2003 but who knows how things will proceed from here...

I'm also anticipating a slowdown over the next 6 weeks or so as people take time off for Thanksgiving and Christmas / New Years etc. Last week one of the slowest we've seen in a long time... :mad:
