OCI Application - Quick question

Hello gurus,

I am applying OCI card at Chicago consulate for my mom and got Part A & B and all the relevant documents.
I am wondering do we need to send the Renunciation of Indian Citizenship and Surrender Certificate application along with fee? Please help me as I my mom is planning to go to India in August and hopefully, we will get her OCI card by then.

Please help me as I my mom is planning to go to India in August and hopefully, we will get her OCI card by then.
----- Apply with all the documents and fees. If she plan to visit first week of August OCI may not reach the consulate and she should apply for Visa and for Visa also she need to get first SC and then attach SC with Visa application.Thanks

Thanks Ginnu! So, I can send Renunciation of Indian Citizenship and Surrender Certificate application and OCI application all of them together with all the docs and fee?
