OCI application - How many copies

Hi Guys,
The OCI application checklist item 12 specifies "Two (2) copies of all required documents)"

Does this mean
A. One original + 2 copies OR
B. One original and 1 copy

why would you send originals if they're asking for copies. don't get stressed over the word copies.
keep the originals in the printer and press 2 for copies, it will give you 2 copies. consider one of the copies original and the second send a copy..., in any case, you shouldn't be sending the original naturalization certificate.

I am not planning to send any originals. Just wanted to know if they mean 2 sets or 3 sets of documents. I am just so frustrated with the cryptic instructions.
 
there was this one guy in the SF OCI forums, who sent original naturalization certificate.. idk if he ever got it back or not, but he didn;t get the original NC back with the OCI booklet and the visa in the US passport. it's a costly mistake to make. the instructions suck on travisa's website 'cause if you apply for OCI only then you need 2 sets of copies, but if you apply for OCI+renunciation then you may need 3 to 4 sets of copies.. the babus are not clear.
