Ocean 9:EMAIL/MAILCAMPAIGN for Resources: Last chance to get Don Neufileds attention.

Respected Don Neufeld,
In lite of recent announcement by USCIS about completion of EL Salvador TPS related extensions, we are very happy to know that as promised earlier by CSC, resources will be transferring to 485 AOS cases. We are eagerly waiting for a much awaited relief , in regards with your repeated promise of bringing 485 processing times within 1 year in next 4 months before start of FY2005.
We continue to hope for improvement in 485 processing times.
In the past we have enjoyed relatively better priority in terms of 485 adjudications as compared to other immigrant benefits . We hope that come April, we will get our deserved attention and necessary resources to bring processing times to within 1 year as promised by CSC. We look forward to CSC working on 485 cases and providing a great service to the immigration community.
We urge you to give an update on your plan as to when would the new resources be allocated as promised earlier.
As a part of that argument letter, may we request the director to given an update in the upcoming NAFSA/CSC liason meeting in March /April or any other liason meeting.
Best Regards
485 Applicants from
Immigrationportal.org.

If we send 100 emails. Iam sure we will be get due attention. Please join hands and fax this our any of your own formatted

Re: I-485 Adjudication After 3/9/2004 Deadline for TPS El Salvador

Dear Respected Director Don Neufeld;

We are very happy for the recent announcement by USCIS about
completion of "EL Salvador TPS" related extensions.

Now that CSC is done with "EL Salvador TPS", we hope you will
guide the CSC to use its resources to process 485 AOS cases, as
promised earlier by you.

We are eagerly waiting for a much awaited relief from the I-458
backlogs. As you have been promising repeatedly please use
your resources to bring I-485 processing times to 1 year in next 4
months i.e. by the beginning of FY2005.

I-485 cases have been treated a low priority in the last few years
and we think its time for I-485 cases to get the priority.

We urge you to give an update on your plan
when and how the new resources be allocated to reduce I-485 backlogs.

Best Regards,

There are 327 views there are atleast 100 people who have viewed this thread just a guess.
No participation even though it is an email campaign. If you guys are afraid to write your name to Don Neufield just create a dummy email address and write in alias of
immigrationportal.com member instead of writing your name.
