Ocean 9: E-MAIL CAMPAIGN for Resources: Last chance to get Don Neufileds attention.

I started a new thread containg the EMAIL word in its title, hoping that I will attract more people to display an opinion.
We could have a noticeable voice if would try to say what we think. If we don't complaint nobody we'll guess that we have a problem. This is the easiest way to do it, isn't it?

This according to me is the LAST CHANCE.
AFTER THIS we will have to wait till September'04 and after that the so called holiday season and H1b processing starts.
We will be screwed after that.
This 4 months are the Golden months after this we dont have many options.

My version

A few tweaks -- mainly to show that we know where he made the commitments we're trying to hold him too. I really felt I wanted him to know that we're watching him, we're making him accountable for what he says. I have complained in the past that the INS is unaccountable... but accountability requires two parties, those who make the promises and those who hold them to it.

RE: I-485 Adjudication After 3/9/2004 Deadline for TPS El Salvador

Dear Repected Director Don Neufeld;

In light of the recent announcement by the USCIS that the El Salvador TPS related extensions have been completed, we are looking forward to seeing the resources that had been used for TPS processing being transferred to the I485 AOS case adjudication. Transfering TPS processing officers to I485 adjudications is what you committed to in your letter to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo.

We, I485 AOS applicants and members of immigrationportal.com a legal immigrant support community, are eargerly waiting relief through timely processing, as the CSC works on reducing I485 processing times to within a year over the next 4 months as promised at the beginning of this fiscal year by yourself and the CIS. Many of us have waited in excess of two years for adjudication, and believe that we deserve to be prioritised for adjudication.

We respectfully request that you, as head of the CSC, provide the immigration community as a whole, detailed information on your plan for I485 adjudication. For example, we would respectfully ask you to provide the status of the I485 adjudication plan in th upcoming NAFSA/CSC liaison meeting.
