Oath question

I past the test on June 20th, but my case status is still "Testing and Interview" until today, is this usual? I hope to go back my country to attend my best friend's wedding on Sep, do u guys think if i can get my passport before Sep? Is there any way i can get the Qath faster? Any help will be appriciated
 
Your oath date will depend on your DO. Even if you don't get oath before September you can still travel to your home country with your original passport.
