UPDATE :

My RE-Interview took 10 seconds. I gave the IO the document that was missing (NOLLE PROSEQUI certified disposition) when I had my 1st interview. The IO took one look at it and said I was approved. She declined character references, job references and also a reference from a government organization I worked for. She said I was approved and that I would get a letter in the mail with the oath ceremony date.

The IO for the 2nd interview seemed much nicer than than the one I had for my 1st interview.
 
Plan on waiting at least an hour past your appointment time, they were backlogged. i had an appointment for 0845 and did not see the IO until 0945.

My 1st interview was pretty much the same, I had an appointment for late afternoon and it was more than an hour past appointment time when IO called my name.
