No change in AVM

I just checked mine but no change in the message.

I think Venu is right. FP notices are issued based on RD and not on ND. We still have to wait.............Good luck to all who received it
 
Does Union City fall under Oakland?

I live in Union City. Does it belong to Oakland or San Jose?

What all documents are needed for FP and what is the
best time/day to go to Oakland ASC?
 
Rcvd AP and FP notice, but did not receive EAD !

My ND - 9/10/01, received AP and FP notice but did not receive EAD, INS phone status does not give any speicific answer other than it being processed. Any ideas what we can do ?

san jose is better than oakland.

i did my fp at san jose before schedule date. try to go there before 8 am that way you can give fp with out any problem.

Well, I went for early FP at Oakland where I am scheduled to go on 01.29.02. The answer was ABSOLUTELY NO until my scheduled date comes. Today (01.03.02) I went to San Jose to give another try (at Story RD). They did my FP without asking any question. It took about 20 minutes.
Note to pcee: please update my FP done date.
 
Early FP...How does that matter?

I keep seeing people jumping to do FP earlier than scheduled date. If you see the approval in APR and earlier (that\'s where it is currently), you would see there is no connection doing it earlier or as scheduled.
 
I did my FP at Oakland 2 weeks prior to schedule date

Did my FP at Oakland on 12th Dec which was scheduled on 26th Dec. Well, when I went there I was the only person. The security at the entrance said it\'s too early but I said I\'ll be on vacation during that time. After that every thing went fine ..
 
Yes, I did mine 2 weeks prior at Oakland. Make sure you be there around 2:30pm when no one is there
