ravi, congrats, i am so glad SOMEONE got their labor approval.great for u, i bet u\'r just relieved that this waiting game is over,
 hope to see some more approvals, good luck to us all.

NY SESA processing times update to APRIL 2001

Officially, NY SESA LC RIR processing times were updated today - April 2001.This gives some hope and probably April guys should be cleared very soon !. What happend to GcDas ( applied in Feb 2001 ) ?. Is it still with SESA or with DOL or certified. Mr GcDas, please update.

applications sent before april were given P.D. of 1 mths or less, coz of the flood in apllications recieved in april, the P.D. was given for a longer date,
N.J. processing times r syuck in april for the last 3 mths. i just couldnt get exited coz N.Y. has been updated to april.
 WE CAN HOPE FOR THE BEST THOUGH.
 
April cases ..... how long?

Does anybody want to take a guestimate as to how long the SESA will work on April 2001 cases? Seen some posts saying April is going to take a looooooong time ....
 
How to check status based on Emloyer Tax ID

My lawyer says that they did not get a case number back. Can any one tell me how check based on employer tax id? NY RIR Filed on 06/09/01.
 
Hear me out.

The best way is to change job to another state.
New York is of no hope. I bet it will take at
least 5 more months to clear all April cases.
It\'s quite unwise to wait foolishly in New
York State.
 
Anderson MESS will affect NYC RIR

Anderson is on the verge of bankruptcy. If that occurs then we have around 80,000 jobless consultants. A good majority of whom are in computer related jobs. SESA will have yet another excuse to sloooow the process down and start rejecting applications.
 
EB3 - RIR

I filed my LC in EB3 - RIR catgeory in May 2001 ( NYC )
When do you think I should be hearing from them ( accept. or denail ).
What is the basis for denial ?.
