NY Transfer case update (Interview notice)

My case was transferred to Local NY office ( 26 Fedaral Plaza) on OCT 16th 2001

PD June 1999
ND Dec 2000
FP April 2001
TD OCt 16th 2001

They called me for interview on May 29th with following documents

Evidence of Financial Support

Job letters on letter head paper
Pay Statements for last two months
current and previous W2\'s
Bank letters on Bank Stationary for all accounts

Medical exam compleeted by medical doctor though I have submitted
a medical report at the time of filing.

two pictures
 and asked bunch of other documents.

I have decided to take Lawyer with me and interview is scheduled at
8 am on May 29th.

How many hours before the interview should I go there.

Please give me your suggestions
 
I can\'t believe...

they asked so much document from you,
this is ridiculous...

Can I ask you why they took so long to transfer you ?
Have you ever received RFE ?

Hi Jtalluri and others
Interview(05/16/02) is Ok But No aproval at this time because of
new security check law. The nice lady told me it may take a more time
than few weeks. she said she will try to do the sec check in 3 month
if you need more info provide your details. May be you may not need an attorney .
 
Hi jambu, can you give some more details about the interview.

Did she put any type of stamp in your PP? Did she gave you a letter saying that you will hear from them shortly? I will appreciate your input. Thanks.

She said once security check is over she will send the
letter regarding the decision .
