I Think that EB2/RIR ARE GETTING DELAY

I Think that EB2/RIR with BS,5+ experiance are getting delay they might be checking for the progressive Experiance so it is taking time.
 
Please update Hard Copy date to 5/20/02

I just heard that our lawyer received the hard copy this morning.

Analysis of the tracker. - 5/20/02

We have 10 cases each for Feb. and March and 5 cases approved in each month. One RFE each for both months. (I will be adding this analysis to the tracker)

Feb approvals: EB3 - 1 EB2 - 4
Mar. approvals: EB3 - 4 EB2 - 1

raju2 and others are right in the observation that EB2\'s are going much slower than EB3. Tempting as it may seem I would not attempt to guess the reasons for this. This will only result in increased anxiety and fear of the unknown. Let us sit tight and hope for the best.

For me no approval,no RFE ,No denial-Still waiting........

U may get the approval soon since it is going to be 2 months after u replied for RFE.Heard that security check is taking almost one month.

Case Approved

EB2/RIR, Master,IL, RD 02/16, ND 02/19, AVM shows today that my case was approved on 05/20. Hard copy should arrive within 14 days according to the AVM . Good luck to you all.
