Finally Finally JOining I-140 forum
Hi folks,
Finally joining I140 forum after a delay of 2+ months i.e after LC approval. PL heavens sake dont ask me why the delay... Becoz of some lazy B...... in Office/Lawyers office. Anyhow Finally made it.
MY LIN is 151th day i.e. 04/04/02. EB2...CP...PL update in the list
Hope I will make up the lost 2 months someway( GOD is GREAT).

How long does it take to receive the receipt?
My case has been submitted on April 03 via Express mail. Could you let me know when my company\'s lawyer will receive the receipt?

How did you get that list. I checked with my lawyer she
said she cant give me the LIN Number. Is there a way to find out
from the Date of applying for I-140 the Lin Number..
Is there a email address I can send to get the status or only AVM..

Most important thing in this whole freaking bussiness is to have faith and patience. I know how hard it is to have both expecially Company people and Immigration attorney don\'t co-operate and work so carelessly.

that\'s good news for all. We can now hope that may be we will not have a RFE if it is delayed. I have updated the list and also in rft format bolded the april approvals.
