Lets hope guys it will be approved soon.

The line always seems to give a busy signal. Will try again on monday. Please let me know what is the best time to call NSC.

Tsc transfer

No change with my case, still pending at NSC. I\'m on the I140 tracker as UKCPER, (however I\'m now thinking about doing AOS.)
I hope to hear from NSC soon, will keep you all informed.

I am, after a month, in the same boat as you. Did you try calling them? Normally I keep hitting the redial button and get through within 10-15 mins? But be prepared to hold for 45 mins.
 
No change in status

Hi Rajesh,
I was checking AVM Sunday afternoon, it says this kind of case takes 60 to 75 days to process.
 
New updates on NSC processing times

I-140: 11/6/01 (as of 12/30/01)
So, looks like NSC is working on clearing some cases.
Any approvals yet??? people with N/D in November, please check AVM and post updates.
My N/D: 11/27 (still waiting)

When did you check AVM last?

may be they are updating AVM once every week. Check AVM again may be your\'s was approved!!! lets hope for the best.
 
FINALLY APPROOOOOVED

Hi guys
finally heard the good news on NSC AVM. My case was transferred to NSC on 1/4/02 and was approved on 1/14/02. Got this message on AVM. Still awaiting the approval notice. My case deatils are as follows
EB3 RIR
RD 4/17/01
ND4/21/01
Case transferred to NSC on 1/2/02 with notice date of 1/4/02.
Will pray for all of you who are awaiting I140\'s. Will see you guys in I 485 section soon.

 My case was also transfered to NSC on 11/29 and entered in their system on 12 dec. Still waiting .....

ND: april 19.
Hope i too hear good news soon.

Plz update with your I-140 approval info, it would be of great help to all those people who are using this forum to check which dates are being approved.
