i checked yesterday at 8:00 pm or so and there was nothing since as i can see now, it did not enter the fedex system till 9:00. then i checked this morning at about 11.

Just spoke to washington DC. As usual refused to give any updates. Looks like they stopped giving any updates lately.

Getting more and more worried as days goes by :confused:

Ur DC date is Dec 1. Farooq78 has Dec 8 and his case was approved. Call them again and tell them that people having DC dates after you getting their PP. why not u ? Ask any reason?

Just did that

I exactly asked the same thing to the agent I spoke to.

But she kept repeating the same thing again and again "We cannot give you any updates now"

Don't know what to do further?
 
Update

Called up DC office taday and the lady asked me my DC date which is 8th Dec.She said they are working on that Date only and said to keep checking ur tracking number.

Yes, I'm married, but I have sent only my passport for stamping.

I don't know whether I'm asking wrong questions. Everytime I call up, they never ask any personal info like PP # etc, and give the plain blank answer. May be I'm unlucky so far..
 
Atlast got my tracking info..

Guys, just got the tracking info from Fedex site..picked up today at 2.41 PM, expected delivery on Feb 16th.

Now I have to wait and see whether they issued the visa..

Will update after receiving my PP..

I dont think there is any wrong question or correct question.
It all depends who picks the phone.
Most of us get the same reply.

Hope everyone gets their passports with visa by end of this week.
I wish this thread comes to close by end of this week.
It is a long wait. As parthas rightly said, never been happier like this. It is like waiting for the exams result.

Done!

Got passport with stamp this evening. No probs with information on visa; all documents returned correctly.

Got tiks to India for 14th.

Getting married on 17th!! Whew!

Guys, thank you all for you help, information and support. Whenl ife is difficult like this its great to have other people to talk to.

Best of luck with your passports, and hopefully everone will get theirs back in a week or so.
