November - Visa Revalidation Tracking

I too sent my passport on 1st-Nov (Saturday), It should have reached on 3-Nov. The application that I sent had space for bar code, but not bar code. I see MNo(family) has been approved, who is also sent on the same date. I called them today but they refused to give status. Just wondering, if DOS taking additional time for singles?

hi guys

we have to travel to india before 27 th feb , I have tried many times to find out my Washington DC Date they refuse to answer any of my questions .does any one have any idea how long does it take .

pls help

My SL date was 5th Nov and DC date was 3rd Dec and approved on 6th Dec. So you will get it by the end of next week and you are going to go to India by Feb 27. Don't worry:)

I received my passport and the visa has been issued. Everything looks OK. Thanks to everyone in this forum and october forum for providing timely estimates so most of them know when they can expect their passport and make travel plans.
 
today I called DC office twice, once in morning and then in afternoon without luck to talk to visa officer :( may be they are closed today bcs of president's day.
Does any body know, are government offices closed on ...

Finally got connected and, she said they are currently processing 5th Dec :) approx. 3 more days to 8th Dec my DC date :D

I just spoke to DC office.

The lady as usual refused to give any updates but finally said, they are processing applications received in mid October!!

Doesn't make any sense to me :mad:

My SL Date is November 2nd but have NOT received any information yet ? Anyone else having the same SL Date ?

I asked about the current processin,she said they are currently processing nov dc dates and told that from sl date it takes 1month for dc date and from that 3 monts for visa to be approved.i asked her my dc date , she refused but when i said that i have to travel to india and am worried about my visa as many applied after nov 7th got their visa approved ,then she asked for my pp# and gave my dc date
