I have not yet received EAD, its more than 90 days since my RD.

Waiting and hoping to get it soon.

EAD approuved, iEAD received

Hi guys

Well, monday morning (3h am) I went to the San Jose INS for my passport stamping. My wife I-485 was filled 6 months after mine so even if my I-485 was approved, her 485 is still in the pipeline.

We took this "opportunity" (going to the INS at 3h am) for her to get an interim EAD (her I-765 was pending for more than 90 day). Everything went well, it was just a little bit colder than I expected!

The AVM said that her I-765 was approved on the 3/5, so an other 2-3 weeks and she will get her "more permanent" EAD.

Congratulations to you, Roger. Yeh, wait is finally over for you.

Your wife and I are in the same November list and per avm, even my EAD was approved on 3/7.
Out of curiosity, my dates (RD 11/6 ND 11/21) are earlier than your wife\'s but still her ead was approved two days before mine. I guess, that is because they must be handling in batches. anyways...

Now lets be in touch for FP.

Can my wife get SSN or there are some issues of H4 status.
