It's very bad to know your situation. You can try to get assurence that your sponsor company will not hurt your I140. Hope your case will approve soon. Don't worry GOD will help you.

I came to work this morning and was amazed to discover that both my 140 and 485 are approved! This has been a great forum - thanks everybody. Here are my details;

Just got the email that I-140 and I-485 of myself and family has been approved.

This has been great forum, providing valuable information, sharing of insights and ofcourse enormous help in deflecting the frustration involved in this is rigorous journey.

My Details:

CSC EB2 Concurrent

I140/485 : RD 11/17 ND 11/22
I-140: LUD 24 DEC
I-485: LUD 24 DEC , 15 MAR (for FP), 21 MAR

Approved 485 and 140

Hi,

Just wanted to inform the group. My 485 and 140 were approved and here are the details.

EB2 (orignal labor, filed in Apr 2002)
140, 485, AP, EAD RD: 15 Nov 2004,
140, 485 ND: 19 Nov 2004 (?)
AP/EAD : Approved sometime in Jan
FP: Last week of Dec 2004
485 LUD: March 21 2004.

responded to 140 RFE in April and sent tons of docs with it.
485, got LUD for FP, again LUD 0n 4/26. Seemed hopeful, when next day it says RFE on 4/27.
Waiting for RFE letter.
 
I am silent reader for last 6 months. Finally, my I-140 and I-485 got approved. :)

I-140 - RD 11/8/2004 - AD 5/2/2005
I-485 - RD 11/8/2004 - AD 5/2/2005

By the way, I got LUD for I-485 on 3/24/2005.

I'm trying to figure out why someone got 140/485 approval at same time but others got 140 only though all of them filed concurrently. Really brain-crunching.

The new 485 processing date says December 16th. I know many of us are there with approved 140(EB3) and waiting for 485 approval.

I am EB2 filed concurrently with approved I-140 and no news of 485.
 
Hi

I am EB2 filed semi-concurrently with approved I-140 and waiting for 485.

I got a LUD on my I-485 application on 03/16/2005.
On the same day,.they issued me an RFE for the I-140. The RFE was to obtain employer's signature on the 140 forms. The 140 was approved as soon as we responded to the RFE.

I am trying to find a pattern. Looks like my I-140 application was touched for the first time on 03/16/2005. I am wondering whether they did so, when they received the NameCheck results from FBI. I havent called the emergency number till now.

Any ideas ?

An update from my lawyer regd I-485

This is what my lawyer has to say when I asked her to enquire the status.

"The CSC processing date indicates the date of cases that are being transferred from "the shelf" to a CIS Adjudicator. The cases are moved in batches and the processing time going forward will vary depending on where your file is in the stack and how quickly the adjudicator assigned to your case reviews his/her cases. Please give the CSC 90 days to make a decision on your adjustment applications now that the processing time report indicates they are working on applications filed prior to 12/16/04.

Hi, everyone, just a update to share some good news from me.

Received a phone from my attorney's office yesterday that my I-140 was approved on May 4. However, no updates for my account and no email received from USCIS regarding this. I guess that the email update is a bit slow. Still, patiently waiting for I-485!
 
Congratulations.
Did you had any LUD on I-140/I-485 even though there is no message change ? What is the last message you see there ?

Thanks, received the email notification for 140 approval last night from USCIS also. I did not have any LUD for 140 prior to this. Latest LUD for 485 was April 12. FP done around March 10.

Hello Everyone

I have been reading this thread eversince I filed I140-485 concurrently at CSC on Nov 2nd 2004. It has been great help from this forum.

I got the call from my Lawyer that my I 140 and 485 has been approved on May 16 2005 and he has received the approval notices

However regarding online status I just got the email today that I 140 is approved. On I 485 status the message is still about receiving finger print results.

My details

CSC EB 2
PD 22 FEB 2002
Labor Approval OCT 2004
RD for I140/485 Nov 2 2004
Finger Printing notice Nov 18 2004
Finger Printing done on Dec 1 2004

EAD /AP approval JAN 20 2005

RFE on I 140 April 12 2005
