November - 2004 CSC Trackers - Concurrent Filing

I'm monitoring 46 I-485 cases with ND 11/18/04, none of them were touched in past two weeks. Obviously, USCIS slows down I-485 process recently.
 
Hmm..
But I see approvals for Feb-2005 I-485 applications too.

Wonder what's the logic behind CSC's mode of operation.

485 not yet approved.

My priority date is early november. I received my I-140 but still haven't received my I-485. Waiting....

I just received an e-mail that my I-485 has been approved on May 24th.
Haven't received an approval for spouse yet

My case is very similar with yours. My lawyer sent an inquiry and got response saying my 485 is pending FBI name check. Just wonder what is your status.

Yes, My lawyer sent an inquity 20 days ago. I haven't heard anything from my lawyers. How many days does it take to hear back.

It took 19 days. My layer sent on May 5.

I checked with my lawyer today.They still haven't heard back. My lawyer mentioned that they reply within a month. We filed the inquiry around may 4th. We should be eligible to inquire again around June 4th.
 
Folks !

Any new 485 approvals ? December cases are being approved but there are no new November approvals. My lawyer said Security Checks have back logged USCIS. Has anyone heard of any prior month(s) cases that got approved recently ?
 
Name Check Pending

I got a reply back from my I-485 inquiry. My application is pending my name check results.
 
No I-485 approval in this thread? It seems everybody is stuck in FBI name checking as long as one was not approved concurrently with I-140. Even my kid who is 14 years old is also stuck in name checking. Isn't that wonderful? What a bummer!
 
485 Rfe

Guys, i have received email notification from my lawyer that CIS has sent RFE asking evidence from employer about my employment. Basically my company will have to send a standard letter stating that i am still employed with them with same role and salary. My company is mid size with great credentials.

I was planning to change job, after i got my I-140 approved. Thank God i didn't change then.

I did inquiry (800 number) in early May and i feel may be due to that i got this RFE. Anyway, some action is a progress on my case.

I-140, I-485: 2-NON-04 (RD), 8-NOV-04 (ND), EB2, Original Labor
I-140: RFE on 'Ability to pay' replied immediately in Dec-04
I-140: AD 24-MAR-05
I485 Inquiry on 11-MAY-05

Name Check pending

My lawyer sent an email to USCIS to check status on 485. USCIS responded that name check is pending.

I have not even received FP notice yet.
 
My I-485 is pending a name check and according to USCIS it will be adjudicated as soon as they get the results. My question is: Can I still get an RFE (for whatever reason) after name check results are back? Any such examples?
 
No updates at all on my I-485.
We had initiated an inquiry through the 1-800 number and still havent received any reply.

How did you find out that your I-485 is pending status check ?
Did you call the emergency number ?

No didn't call. Lawyer made an inquiry. I think through email. Reply of inquiry indicated application is pending name check.

Today morning I saw LUD change on my 485 with date 06/13 with no message change. My spouse's 485 lud remains same (04/06).
