There was LUD on 485 on 4/12/2005, No change in message and also no LUD on I140. Is anyone in the same boat with me.

Hey Guys,

Want to share some good news. My I-140 was approved on the 14th of April. I didn't receive any emails until today, 18th April. There was no update to my online portfolio too until today (yes, I check everyday).
Please check my signature for details..

The only thing missing is that my lawyer tried to claim my priority date from my previous I140 approval (failed GC process ). That priority date is somewhere in 1999 or early 2000. Not sure if that makes a difference to my EB2 case.

I got email approval notice for I-140 and I-485 yesterday at the same time. And today the mailed I-140 approval notice to my employer.

However the spouse I-485 is still pending. Any idea of when that approval might come?

the time cap of 140& 485?

I filed 140 on Aug 20/04, 485 on Sep 16/04.
140 approval day April 7/05, no information on 485.
RIR EB2 CSC. I check email many times a day hoping to see the good news of 485. Nothing came yet. So, disappointed. Is this normal? About how many days 485 will be touched after approval of 140?
My fingur print result was received on Oct 23, 2004, is that means name check has been finished or not? I am new of here, many thanks to any information.

I post a message yesterday, nobody answered it. My I140 was approved on 4/7/05, waitting for I485. I am very worried because I am facing the layoff now. My case is semi-concurrent. I140ND 8/26/04. I485ND 9/16/04. I am thinking maybe name check is pending? LUD on I485 was on Oct 22/04 regarding received finger prints. CSC center.

How can I find out name check? finger prints received does means name check is completed?

How many days expect my I485 will be approval if name check no problem?

I am new of here. Any idea is helpful now.

it's not easy to find a same job and I am going to delivery the baby soon. I just cross finger to hope get the 485 before that. Dont' know how many days will take to get the 485 after approval of I140 in CSC?

i sincerely hope that your employer is NOT laying you off because you are pregnant. there are laws in california that protect you against that. are you currently on maternity leave?

140/485 Approved!

Wow!! What a week - thank God.

Our(mine and my wife's) 140 and 485 have been approved. I just received the approval e-mails. Both 140 and 485 approvals came within a 5min interval.

140 RD: Oct28 2004
485 RD: Nov2 2004
EAD/AP: Don't remember the dates now. It was sometime in Jan/Feb 2005.

Congrats ! I applied a week before you and still waiting...hopefully will get approved soon. Did you get any LUDs before approval ?

mine is a eb2 substitute case.

LUD on 140 changed on 4/13.
LUD on 485 changed on 3/21.
Finally, both were approved on 4/18.
