I have the same question about FP ... how do u clarify this...

485/140 Nov 27th
EAD approved Jan 28th
AP approved Jan 29th
FP ???
 
The FP appointment is scheduled 45 days ahead of your local service office time. If you have FP notice late, it probably tells your local office has long queue.

I was just wondering about that becos I know other friends/collegues who have the same or later dates(140/485) and got their FP notices.They even live in the same area.

Are all of you filed in Nov. 04 received your EAD approval? I am still waiting for mine.

The ND for my EAD application was Nov. 30, 2004, and it is before the announced USCIS processing date December 7, 04.

Received EAD approval Feb 11, 05
Received AP approval Jan 27, 05,
No FP notice
No updates on 140/485.

140/485/AP/EAD/ ND 11/30/04. EB2
 
FP Notice

Case update for me - Recieved FP notice yesterday. Should I go for a early finger print? Any suggestion?

Code on Fingerprinting Notice

Beemer,

What is the code mentioned on the fingerprint notice ? Is it for Biometircs + FP.

Mine is Code 3 and per the info in this forum it should be Biometrics + FP.

It says Code 3 on mine too and the heading is Fingerprinting. I think it really doesn;t matter since both are same.
 
I got my fingerprinting done last month and my status has been updated to
'On March 1, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made'

Does this mean that the FBI name check and stuff are alos done.. or does it mean that,now the file will go to FBI for processing?
 
LUD on I-485 - Any one seen the same?

Hello November guys,

The last update date on my (and my wife) 485 changed to (03/24/05). There is no change in the text message though, still says "On November 25, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application..."

Has anyone seen the same? Does anyone know what this means?

I-140 Approved, no FP

I-140 approved, Did not receive FP notice yet.

Here is my detailed info.

EB3 - Substitue LC,labor PD Nov/Dec 2001.
I-140/485/765 applied together. AP did not apply for.
RD - 11/24/04
ND - 11/30/04
No priority Date appears on any of the receipt notices
I-140 - RFE issued on 1/10/05, replied on 3/16/05, Received by CIS on 3/21/05. I-140 Approved on 3/28/05 with PD of original labor :)
EAD - Approved on 3/25/05 for myself and spouse.
FP - ?
I-485 LUD - 12/13/04
