November - 2004 CSC Trackers - Concurrent Filing

Bhola, Can you please tell us where on your FP notice, you find the WAC number. How can I find the WAC Numbers of all my applications as My lawyer does not give us the Numbers..

Thanks for the info. My lawyer told me that priority date on fingerprints notice is not important as long as the certified LC has a correct date. I have a regular LC not a sunstituted one. Do you know how to send a correction request?

I don't have a copy of my fp notice with me, but I remember that it definitely had a number. I believe it was Alien Registration number. Sorry for the confusion. You may be able to track your application using this this number by calling USCIS's 800 number.

Bhola04, Thanks for your reply- it somewhat easy my mind. You know I am in EB3 category and USCIS will regress the cut off day soon.

I worked for a large comany and there might be some other un-used LC approval. If the lawyer mistakenly uses other's LC approval for my I140/485, I am not eligable to keep my own priority date and my case's PD will be the received date of I140/485. With your case information I know that probably my case's document is ok and the problem may be at USCIS side, which either does not matter at all(like what your lawyer said) or should be easy to be fixed(like what my lawyer is trying).

For the correction request, my lawyer takes care of it. It is a word template with a few words like "we received FP notice but we found the prority date is wrong. The correct one should be xxx according to the LC filed along with this petition. Please correct it...". Then the lawyer fax it to USCIS.

Sorry I missed type in a "not" in my last reply to you.

What I really mean is- there is NO WAC# (or any other case#) on my FP Notice.

Well I am assuming this is "cleared" based on the standard message on the online status of my I-485 "On November 19, 2004, the results of your fingerprint ... and processing has resumed on your case ...".

Hi sweetguy,

According to online status and email that I have received the AP was approved on 12/13/04.
I received the AP document at home on 12/17/04 and it was sent directly from USCIS (Laguna Niguel, CA).

I have NOT received EAD approval yet the LUD on the I765 did not change since ND ...

My case was filed concurrently (I-140/485/AP/EAD) in EB2 in Nov. 24 and ND dated Nov 30. 2004
Did not received anything yet, FP ND, AP, EAD......

Can anybody share info about what's going on lately at USCIS-CA?

EAD Approved: Jan 4, 2004
AP: ?

Who will receive the FP Notice

Can any one help me with this?

It's been more than a month since they received my application. I still don't have the FP notice. Can you experience guys tell me where USCIS will send the FP notice to? To my home address, to my employer, or to my attorney? Shoule I expect a note in email saying that the FP notice is coming?

I am in the same boat as you. Its been more than a month and have not received FP notice.

Based on my knowledge, the applicant will get the original and the lawyer will also get a copy.

Whats your case details ?
