Very few so far (but there have been some and even some with NDs in 2004).

Your best bet is to follow the consolidated tracker (http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=957577#post957577), the intent is for these separate threads to be "locked".

FBI Name check

Called FBI name check number last week and a lady answered and told that the service has been discontinued.Sent email and faxed the info..waiting for the reply..

My FP was done on 11/02/04. My wife's FP was on 10/22/04

My LUD changed 3 times on 11/05, 11/11 and 11/15 with same status message.

Not sure whats this means though.
