Nov/Dec concurrent filers

I - 140 and 485 ( concurrent filing)

MD 11/19.

I have not receieved the receipt for any yet, while I see many others here, who filed earlier have. My Laywer doesnt co-operate too well, will not tell if cheques have been cleared or not. What to do, I am very confused. Plz help

Dear Sanga,

Have your received any receipt, I had called vermont service centre. They said still my name is not there in the system. Since my lawyer send his cheque not sure check got cleared or not.
Any suggestion....

No receipts yet...!!

NO receipts yet. I have called my lawyer on Friday, 01/24, and was told probably it will take another week or so. My expenses are paid by employer, so no idea if checks got encashed.

Its another crazy waiting game. It went from "three weeks to get EAD" to "six weeks to get Receipts" :eek:.

I am hoping we might have got receipt dates, but it may take few more days for us to know. I'll let you all know, ASA I know some thing.

Please keep posting any ND for the cases with MD in 3rd and 4th weeks of December.

Reg. FP date...

My FP date is on 2/20/03. Does any body have idea whether BOSTON INS allows to do FP before the scheduled date?. I would like to go some saturday and do it.

I have not received FP notice.also on the 485, there is no priority date, mine is EB1-OR, still waiting since may???
my ND for 485/AP/EAD is Jan16th, RD was dec11th.
anyone in the same situation?

As posted earlier, filed for 140 and 485 concurrently on 19th nov, still no receipt. Do you guys think somethings fishy? I am really worried. My Attorney doesnt give out much information either.
Dont know why the receipt is taking so long?
 
I-140 Approved !!!

Guys...my I-140 is approved. Received my Approval Notice today.

I-140 RD : 11/21/2002
ND : 11/27/2002

AD : 1/21/2003

I-485/EAD/AP :

RD : 12/20/2002
ND : 1/21/2003

No approvals for EAD/AP yet..

I did not hear any thing yet from my lawyer....My MD is 02/19/02.

No receipts or communication yet.

Anyone on the similier timeline and waiting.

My case is a LC subsitution case...Does that have any impact...or
anyone knows any other rational justification for delays?

My I140 approved 01/30/03!

My info:
EB3, LC substitution
I-140:
MD - 10/28/02
ND - 11/05/02
AD - 01/30/03

I-485/765/131:
MD - 11/13/02
RD - 11/15/02
ND - 12/11/02
FP scheduled on 02/07/03
FP done on 01/23/03

No EAD/AP approvals yet...
 
I-485 receipt

Mailed my I-485/765/131 on 12/18/2002. and my lawyer received all the receipt notices yesterday.

Any one whose Receipt Dates in the first week of December (Concurrent Filing) received EAD/AP Approvals and FP notification.
Mine RD 12/04/2002, ND 01/14/2003, I-140 AD 01/28/2003, EAD/AP not approved and FP not done yet. VSC says that they are processing Current EAD applications i don't know why case is it getting delayed. Also AP they are processing 12/06/2002 and mine is 12/04/2002 RD. I can't understand INS processing times strategy.
 
VYLE how FP done before schedule ??

Hey VYLE I didn't understand how you did the FP on 1/23, when it was scheduled for 2/7. Please explain.
