Notifying any address change for a Permanent Residents

Hello fellows, I am a GC resident since 2008,
A simple question. To you all- do I need to notify Department of Homeland Security of my address changes?

I an in process of N-400, but I never updated my address changes to USCIS...Would it be a problem at the interview?

Unlikely to be a problem as long as you've always received mail they've sent you.
