Notice to deny LIFE Legalization

On Feb 2003, USCIS sent me intent notice to deny my Life Legalization application and they give me 30 days to respond, which I did and I have prove I gave them the response. Last week I received a notice of decision to deny my Life Legalization application, the service stated, as of January 30, 2004 the service did not receive a response or evidence to support my LIFE application.
Did anybody go through this, what I can do to re-open my case? How I can force the USCIS to acknowledge their error and to withdraw their notice to deny my Life application and to look into my response, which I gave them a year ago. Please help me with this mess, any idea or advice? Thanks to all.

Please talk to your lawyer who sent response or evidence to USCIS and attach the proof that it was sent, you need the help of V.good lawyer

sorry to hear about it....

I believe you should contact ur attorney immidiately. he would have the proof of response. and u ppl need to send them again (get registered/UPS receipt when u send them)

I always advise ppl who sent pettitions and other documents make copy of everything u or ur attorney sends on ur behalf. once I belive a person in TSC thread whose File was lost by INS and then luckly he has old copy (2-3 yrs) of 485 pettition copy he sent again.

so whatever document u sent always get/make copy for yourself personal. because this is ur pettition and anyone who communicate with INS, that communicate on ur behalf.

Good Luck.
