People,
Please I need help. We went for our interview a few weeks ago, everything went well presented all our evidence. However, we just got a NOID in the mail, it was four pages long and the letter explained some reasons why there is an intent to deny. We had all factual evidence and dont seem to know where the IO is getting all this information about.

We intend to write a detailed letter responding with all the evidence in question. I have some few questions
1. Has anyone ever had to respond to an NOID, how long did it take and was it approved or denied.

Sorry for the unpleasant surprise.
Are you working with a lawyer? If not, this would be a good time to seek one ASAP. A good one.
At this point, your worry should not be how long its going to take for USCIS to make their final decision.
Seek a lawyer that will help you draft the correct response to prevent possible disaster.
What evidence did you take to the interview?

Yes I had received a NOID. I replied responding to the concerns and provided a ton of proof; approved six weeks later. No attorney; did on my own.
