Do I get a Notice of Action letter after sending the I-129F petition?
I mailed the petition papers two weeks ago and haven’t received anything yet. I also checked with my bank and my check hasn’t been cashed.

Yes, you will be sent an NOA once USCIS receives it. Did you send your I-129F using a trackable method?

Yes, you will receive a Notice of Action or I-797 for the receipt of the petition. Unless the address is erroneous, your petition will get to the USCIS. No need to worry.

Months after that, you will recieve another Notice of Action for the approval of the petition.
