Notarizing forms?

I'm petitioning for my husband and we have all the forms filled out and all the supporting documents we need for the package. My question is, should I have all of the forms notarized? Or only the affidavit of support?

One no longer needs to have the I-864 notarized, since you sign under penalty of perjury instead:

travel.state.gov/visa/ laws/telegrams/telegrams_2863.html (second paragraph)

I sent my packet and didn't have anything notarized, although I suppose it cannot hurt if you did already.
 
the older version of I-864 did require notarization, but the new one doesnt. when i filed in 2006, i used the old notarized form but USCIS asked me to fill-in a new form and send it without notarization.
