Not Responding to L1A RFE

Hi,

If I choose to not to respond to RFE (withdraw my application)and to go back to the country to get the visa stamping, can this have bad effects on my future applications with USCIS.

Amit,
Should not. However are you withdrawing your application because of the RFE or you have had a change of heart? It would be better if you (or your employer) write a formal letter to USCIS with regards to the withdrawl.

Hi SK,

Thanks for replying. I will be leaving my employer and will join a school this fall.
I don't know whether my employer would be interested in sending a formal mail. I would pursue the case however. So, in general I want to know how this can hurt my future prospects with USCIS.
