Please help !!

AM here in USA on H1B visa ,
currently my h1 is being held by an organization 'a'.
The 'a' organisation is not paying me for past few months so I have decided to quit from that organization.

How do I quit ??

Am working at a client site and through a 'c' organisation.
The friend of mine who helped me getting the interview at the current client position introduced another organization 'b' in between my employeer (a) and the direct vendor at the client place(c).

Am being not paid for the past few months, when asked my employeer (a) says they are not getting paid from (b) & when inquired with (b) they say they are not being paid by (a) and when asked (a) they say they are not being paid by the client.
The client is paying , this is for sure I know.

And also my employeer is running my payroll from his state (my payroll has his home address) instead of my address (which is a different state)

How can I get my salary ?

Can I join organisation 'c' ? will it be any problem ? (when I discussed this with 'b' the person says he would proceed legally )

please advice ...

thanks a lot !!

that you are not getting paid. you can do a H1 transfer from a to c anytime. Once the H1 transfer request has been received by INS you can start working and getting paid by c.
Send a letter to c to complain about you being not paid by b (which is the official company as far as c is considered)
Consult a lawyer and whett your contract (if any) you have with comapny a.

Legally if you are on H1B with employer,he has to pay you.Same thing happened to me but with advise from friends,i sent a certified mail to my employer mentioning that i was gonna pursue case with US dept.of labour & INS,he started paying me immly.

Secondly unless there is a contract signed by you specifically, you can join company C.Best thing would be to consult a lawyer before you take any steps.

All the best.
