Hi, everyone,
My company recently reconstruction. Our department has been separated to set up a new company. My old company holds most stocks of this new company.
My LCA has filed to SESA by my old company on Feb,2003. My old company told me that I could choose keep the old track or restart under the new company's sponser.
If I choose restart my LCA, there is a PERM concern. Because if I file RIR, I need wait another 6 months since the new company has no advertisements. But the PERM is heard that it will start in next Janunary. Then I need file PERM at that time. Is PERM good or not?
I am told that the schedule of non RIR is almost same with RIR. Is that true? I am in California. My new company can file non RIR immidiately, and maybe after the PERM actives, I can keep non RIR aplication.
Or can I file the non RIR and RIR aplication at the same time?
Please help me, give me some suggestion.
Thanks a lot.
Richard
