I applied with a name but it differs from that on my passport. I got the acceptance, my question is; can I correct the name in the DV-260 form, or I have to change my passport.

Your identity is established first by your birth certificate and then by your passport. Usually those two documents should match your legal name and that is what you should have used for the eDV and DS260.

So - match the DS260 to the BC/Passport. Presumably all your other documents match your current passport. So you don't change the passport and throw everything else off.

in the Middle name there is space error (Abd altawab instead of Abdaltawab), and in the last name (Mohamed instead of MohammedAli). By the way I wrote my third name as the last name.

I am a Sudanese, I was born in Egypt, I applied from Saudi Arabia with Egyptian birth certificate. I don't know where will be my interview

It may or may not be an issue. Why did you not just match the entry to your passport name? At the end of the day COs discretion will apply.
