Non-Immigration. Please advice on townhomes

townhome

it is a three bed room townhouse (corner unit). I agree it is expensive. Ours will be around 380 to 400k i guess.

Last week, i have seen the "renaissance greens" town homes in North brunswick. There are two models, one costs 400K and the other is 450K. They look great in a very nice locality.
I have temporarily postponed my home buying plans  , but i will continue looking for opportunities.

Sellling my townhouse

Hello All,

I am selling my townhouse in Montgomery (near Princeton/Hillsborough) which is the 2nd best school district in NJ (as per Star Ledger). Our house is a model home with a lot of upgrades like hard wood floors, recessed lighting etc to name a few. We are selling because we are moving to a single family house in the same district.

If anyone is interested in taking a look at the house, please call anytime on 908 240 5485 or 908 431 9029. Ask for Vish.

I think that commute will be a night mare from that place to Newyork or north jersey. But if you work in central or southern jersey , then you can buy these homes.

I know you people are talking about townhouses in NJ and suburbs. But still...the prices you people are talking about...400+...wow..!! I am in north of Boston suburbs....and the townhouses near 290-300 is way too pricey for me.
Man...

We are looking for a townhouse in Mercer county area. Anyone selling or interested in that area? I think this is a good informative discussion here. Lets keep this thread rolling.

Townhome for sale in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County, NJ

I am also in the same boat as most of you people on this forum. My I-485 is pending with Newark local office. The personal interview has been scheduled for the first week of August. Though I feel that this is not the right place to place this info. Since most of you people are discussing the topic of real estate while waiting for GC approval. I hesitantly post this attachment regarding the sale of town home in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County, NJ. Though I have formally not yet placed this property on the market, I would definitely sell it this summer mostly between the month of August and October after my personal Interview [ Don't know the situation of Non-availability of EB3 visa Numbers].
Any further discussion on this topic can be directed to my personal e-mail.

hello all, I happend to come across this thread. I have plans to move to NJ in Jan 05 am wondering which places in NJ have lots of indians and decent real estate prices? We might potentially end up in neptune, NJ because of my wifes medical training so I am wondering how bad the commute will be to potential job markets(NJ, NY, PA) from that area?
