non immigrant visa for NON US citizen parents.......

hi,

i am ammi. i was born and brought up in UAE. iam enquiry regarding US non immigrant visa. i went to US early many times in B1/B2 Visa and i also had my baby delivered in US . in between i had plan to stay in US but i dint and came back to UAE.

now i wish to apply for US visa again afetr 6 years,as i will be travelling with my mom for visit. i am leaving my kids with my sister here in UAE as they have school.

[U]My question is- if i dont show US embassy my kids and also there is nothing in form asking about children. will they happen to figure out about the US citizen child?

keep in mind-[/U]

-i applying with family and all of us have visa to UK, Europe, australia and more.
-My elder sister and her family lives in US- Green card holder and they are sponcering us there.
-we have all proof that we will come back from US.
-i did use medical care when i delivered my baby but when i traveled back to UAE. After 4 years i contacted the hospital and pay off my bill, i felt it was unfair to use public fund when i am not part of public.
-i dont want to show kids as this will lengthen the interview.
-i have also renewed their passport last year where i had to submmit my passport copy. But thats in US citizen service section not in non-immigrant section. i know my details will show under my children records. BUT,

what about my records? will any detail of having US citizen kids show in my records?

Will the system show that i have US citizen kids automaticaly or its only if they enquire they will know?

Why are you trying to hide the face that you have a child who is a US citizen?

because i used medical govt fund. i am not US citizen and i cant use govt aid. when i went to pay my bill after i had baby, one of the social worker told me since your kids are US citizen they have right on govt aid...but after few years one of my cousin who happen to visit me also US citizen told me its not my right to use. i did deal with hospital and repaid the bill but still i am laible to the govt. i tried hard but i couldnt figure out the way to pay back the Medi-cal of Los Angeles....i am still looking for way to pay them...

Now in US embassy- if i show my kids then next question comes , Did you use govt aid? i dont want to lie or explain the whole thing..even if i explain my best the fact remains i will be considered as public charge......

Please answer my queries and also tell me if there is any way to pay Medi-cal Los Angeles....
