No, Yellow Letter is not required. Yellow Letter shows the list of items that you should bring.

I suggest you to bring your driving records that show that your ticket(s) is/are paid. Driving records can be obtained at DMV or court. Just if IO asks you about driving records, you can show them driving records. If not, do not volunteer to show them.

Just bring your green card, driver license, interview letter, your passport(s) and other documents like I-20, H1, tax copies, etc.

If you are married, bring your marriage certificate, joint bill statements/joint tax (if you file based on marriage), or if divorced, bring divorce decree.

OP posted "I have got the court certified dispositions" if OP has court certified dispositions or fine paid Proof then one dont need DMV record. Fine paid receipt or court certified disposition is enough .

I bet you will get the yellow letter soon. Arrival of YL and IL can be as up to 3 weeks apart
