Filed for I-485 in Nov '05 (Vermont Center), had fingerpints taken in Jan '06. There have been no updates (LUD's) on the USCIS status check page at all. The current message says "Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on November 18, 2005. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete." That's the only "update" they ever posted regarding my I-485 case. (My I-140 had been approved separately, shortly before I mailed my I-485 application). Question: does the absence of updates mean anything? Thanks.

what is your PD?
Don't have a PD / it's current (applied in the EB1 category; country of citizenship not subject to backlog regulations). If you mean what the Vermont Center posts on its website under "currently processing I485 applications filed on...", then it's June '05. Looks like it's not quite time for my case to be approved, but after reading lots of posts on this forum, most people's cases at least get LUD's. Mine has none. Wonder if it might mean something, like it's stuck in the namecheck stage (I did have alternate name spellings at one point) or some such.
