so what, it's the fact, but it's how those companies earn profit and then feed those american managers.
Americans sell house cars food to asians, rented houses and apartments to asians, that's the jobs we created for them.
But actually, buddies, don't think GC is your life saver, maybe in years we all rush to go back to our own countries. Lots of ppl went back became rich and respected. Here, you're always servants, even if you become citizens. You will not be respected even if you're rich.
Save your earnings and prepare to go back anytime. That's what I'm doing. This country won't be as prosperous as in 2002 any more. The immigration policy has changed since 911. We're not welcomed any more. Maybe never have been. Just a mirage we thought was there but never was.

There is a STRONG point in what he argues on
Immigration - Replaces - Locals. PERIOD. Atleast to some extent.
Definitely not generating employment.

Why not? Do immigrants not create business and the like? (Hint: who created Hotmail? ATI? nVidia?)
Does the increased demand for services by immigrants not provide more jobs for Americans? After all, we buy houses, goods, food, cars, computers, clothes, etc?
If you believe that there are only a fixed number of jobs available, perhaps you should go work for the Ministry of Finance in a socialist country. America has succeeded because they believe that the pie can grow before it is divided. Employment is NOT a zero-sum game.

This is the problem with so called immigration community who made America rich !
They get some education.....now they are educated degree holder smart people so they will not do anything else other than sitting infront of computer and argue over this relentleselly.
If asians were so smart why in the world they couldn't create the same system back home ? If the Asians were so smart they won't be logging here every half and hour to check the status of their GC ?
Asians are gold diggers , everyone wants to do easy stuff.....like getting bookie education etc etc instead of doing some extraordinary things like ordinary Americans do.

I am sorry to see your comments. Asians are not just gold diggers. They have contributed to the American economy and society.
Asians have created business opportunities, provided medical care, worked for NASA etc. thus helping the society.

Whenever you shake the bush hard, it's always the frustration and such that comes in play. Anyway thanks for praying to God for me....may I really need help.
We Indians needs to ask ourself a very hard and tough questions....instead of going the easy route.....in going easy route we are only decieving ourself.
Isn't this our attitude and way of life not to ask hard questions ? The proof of that lies in large population have no say in countries politics......... to........... consumer service. If we had asked ourselves very hard questions.....miniscule and bankrupt country such as Pakistan wouldn't make us dance the way it does.
In nutshell In general Indian population have come here looking for job and have not created the big stuff that you were talking about....infact large no of population is in gold digger category and ofcource there are few exceptions.
Why haven't Indians created Microsoft, HP, Compaq, IBM, INTel, CISCO, 3COM, GM, FORD, P&G, NASA etc etc.....afteralll large no of Indian population have been employed in these corporations.....the answer is, we are good servents and Bad leaders. We wait for the direction instead of directing.

That's the difference.....you don't need to posses big degrees to to extraordinary things.....extraordinary things comes from passion.....come from persistence.....comes from leadership.....comes from ability to cut through all the hurdles......not from being humble employee of the above corporations.

Senator does not know the law!
He does not know that H1B visa is a dual purpose visa. Meaning at the end of it he can go back to his country or apply for immigration and if granted can become permanent resident. Can somebody give him a piece of his/her mind so he can wake up and talk sense.
Does the Senator belong in the Senate by being so ignorant and posting on his website/ insightmag website that H1B are overstaying and "not a soul has been prosecuted".
Shame on such Senators and the Party that supports them.
