All,

There have been no sigificant approvals in the last couple of days... Why has Vermont Service Center slowed down !!!!!!!!!

I guess VSC celebrates Christmas throughout December. So, we can now stop expecting any approvals till second half of Jan 2005 (it will take them the first half of Jan to get over the holiday season).

may be it is a planned move to slow down and wait for Dec 15th bulletin as dates may go back.

my guessi s that something really weird is going to come up from VSC.

hope i am wrong.

My thoughts are going awry now. Does it mean or are they by any chance running short of visa numbers???

Visa numbers allocation will be clear after the Dec 15 bulletin .... Lets hope that priority dates if at all retrogress only for Eb3 cases ;)
If Eb2 retrogresses....Lets hope priority dates go back so as to server all 485 filers....

cheers..

I am praying and leaving it to God to decide and deliver, with an honest intent to most happily accept whatever that cometh to me as to be God's gift..
Best Wishes and Prayers for all of us..

Another thought that crossed my mind.... If only Eb3 dates retrogress...then wont they need at least a month to "adjust their gear"...Maybe to arrange 485 according to priority or do whatever it might be neccessary to take care of retrogression....again just my 2 cents

Looks as though Vermont svc center has ceased 485 app. processing
starting this Monday.....!!!!!!!!!!
Can someone prove otherwise !!!!!

Around 5-10 cases have been approved, and that is too slow
