No receipts, no approvals get mailed: Are they shredding again???

I heard a lot of complaints on this board regarding absence of receipts...
Now, it's been a week since my AP was approved and indeed, no approvals in my mail box.

C'mon, it does not take a week for mail to come within California.

Are they shredding again in a mailroom?

When did you apply for AP ? Did you ever get a Receipt Notice ?

yes, i've got receipts a few days after filing. but whis was two months ago when INS seemed to work at least slowly.

This is just unbelievable. 10 days since AP approvals and we still did not get them by mail.
We planed a vacation trip, but it is getting very questionable each day we see the empty mailbox...

AP approved But NOT YET received

Our AP got on 03/19/2003

We still have not recieved the approval notices.


Anybody have an explanation?

Got the AP approvals by mail finally! Thanks God they did not shred it.

Be patient. For somehow, the AP approval notice always take a while. My received both my first AP approval notice (9/2001) and my second AP approval notice (2/03) about three weeks after it was approved.
