No receipt number in NOA and Bio letter!!!

Mailed out N400 (did not use g1145) and received NOA and fingerprint letter later, but there is no receipt number on them.
I can't not check status without it. This happens only to me?

So there is no NBC* number huh ? If not call USCIS a.s.a.p and speak to a level 2 Immigration Information Officer.

There is NBC number, not receipt number. The receipt number should start with EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC.
Am I right?
 
Succeed with inputing all the digits, NBC*XXXXXXXX, saying On June 24, 2013, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was scheduled for interview. You will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview.
