No photographs at 2nd FP?

I went for my 2nd FP today. They did not take my photo but they were taking for others.

Is that because it was 2nd FP?

Photos taken at ASC during FP appointment are for AOS cases.

No photos are taken for naturalization cases. I just had my FP done 2 days ago.
