No Interim No Ead!! 180 Days

e-filed EAD renewal on july/04/06
august/15/06 they received supporting documentation - as they requested for i-485 application-
i-485 still pending
180 days passed from the original filing date
135 days passed from the date that they received the supporting documentaion
2 INFOPASS appointment- no result-
no more interim EAD
sent letter(s) saying" i-765" outside normal processing time"
called the 800 # and filed for case status inquiry
RFE dec/11/2006(after 5 month from filing!) for special registeration
LUD and e-mail Dec/26/2006 RFE rcvd
LUD Dec/27/2006 (no change to the msg)
NOW WHAT?
they said they need 60 days after they recvd the RFE to decide
I can't wait no more!!
Any help or advice?
 
This can be another reason to keep H1 after I-485 filing.

If you have valid H1 stamp/petition and are employed by H1 sponsor, travel with it. If not, it is only waiting game.

H1 is not a solution..it may help..

Ant way simple through the Receipt notice in the trash and Apply for new.Thats is...I saw some people in the forum did this....

I don't have any H-1 stamp or any other stamps
I have to apply agian? and wait again!!!
 
hmm... its sad to hear you are not getting ead and have no h1. I can understand the pain. May be you can send expedite fax which you have done already and also you may contact the senator / congressman.
 
you can't send a fax to expedite your request if your i-765 is pending in the MO service center, simply because there is no fax number listed any where for Missouri service center !!!
I wrote to the congressmen and waiting !!!!!!!
 
I am in the same bucket. Wrote to the congressman and waiting. My EAD is pending with the SFO local office.
 
Can It Be True??

Hi guys, yesterday (jan/03/07)I was told by an immigration officer over the phone that my I-765 was approved last week! and I should receive the actual card by next week!!
here is the thig that drives me crazy: my status still shows " RFE received and we will notify you within 60 days" only LUD jan/04 no e-mails after that.

I-765 e-filed july/05/06 MSC
FP july/28/06
RFE dec/11/06 rcvd dec/26/06
Any one with similar sitiuation( got to know that he was approved over the phone with no updates) please advise.

Hey guys, finally I received the 3 magic e-mails today"Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.
My Best wishes for you all, don't just wait on your case, do something about it. I filed in july,5,2006 and rcvd RFE in dec,12,2006 !!and if it wasn't for all the letters and phone calls that I made, it would take another 60 days.
finally, thanks for the help and support from all of you, I will start work on my I-485 :(
