No I-94, expired WT, can I send I-130 anyway?

Hello everyone!
I entered this site in hopes that someone could possibly help me.
Thing is I came to the US in 2002 under a WT Visa Pilot Program, which expired shortly after 90 days.
I am now married to a US Citizen and ready to file for my permanent resident card.
The problem is that, because of my WT visa entrance, I was never given a I-94.
I notice that a copy of such is requested in the I-130...
What can I do?
I have already filled out a form so that they can give me an initial I-94 but only god knows how long thats gonna take. I am ready to mail in the I-130.
Any one has any idea?
Thanks.

any other proof that you entered with an inspection by an immigration officer - a stamp in the passport, perhaps?
