No apartment/home lease form... nor ownership?

I'm just gathering some evidence to submit for our 'removal of conditional residency'...
When we applied for the GC in the first place, we lived in an apartment where both of our names were on it, but now we live at my parents house. It is not an apartment so there is no lease form or anything like that. We also don't own it and don't have any type of contract for us living there. We pay them "rent" but not under any contract, usually through cash, since it's just family.
Is there any alternative to rental agreement form?

The interviewing officers have seen cases which range the entire spectrum. Include a cover letter explaining your situation and have ample mail addressed to both of you at that same address. You are evaluated on the entirety of your petition, not just one source of evidence.

As long as you provide other proof of financial cohabitation, lack of one type of proof will not automatically result in denial of I-751!!!
