A 6 month delay after the interview implies that the IO cannot make a conclusion with your file. They cannot approve or deny based on what they have at this moment. Review could mean a further investigation to help them finalize your file.

For now all you can do it wait till your case is finalized, you can apply for citizenship when you qualify to release the waiver from stuck/pending status.

I agree with you. They do not want to make a decision. They do not want to approve the case, same time it may be difficult to deny also. I had almost all evidences mainly financial stuff.

Further investigation? It is 6 months after interview. USCIS has all resources available in USA. Does it really needs 6 months for investigation for a such a case to a powerful federal government organization like USCIS? Does not make sense.

Applying N 400? That’s what I am thinking. That is the best bet also. About 2 years to go.

Makes alot of sense. A powerful organisation has resources to investigate correctly even after the interview. The delay is justified for a special reason, and its because of this special reason they are more that willing to give you the stamp 551 extension.

yes it is a best bet when you qualify and ur 751 is pending. Your case its 2 years more right?
