485/131/765 applied in Feb 2002

My wife is the primary applicant.
Lawyers sent our appln for
485/765/131 EB2 in Jan \'02 but INS recd Feb-8-2002.
We both got EAD on 7 Mar \'02.
Wife got AP on 8 Mar \'02.
INS asked me send new photos for AP on 13-MAR-02.

Lawyers have not recieved out 485 reciept yet?
When can we expect to get reciept notices for 485 applns?
When can we expect to get FP notice?

Any information is appreciated.

Folks - I was the last November 01 RD to get FP - December 01...

RD will very soon get FP notice. MY AVM updated the same day I got FP notice in mail. Good luck.

Zambia, while I would like to thank you for providing the encouragement, I am really intrigued by your claim that you were the last November \'01 filer to get FP notice. Or, did you mean that you are the last November 01 filer amongst those registered on this board to get the FP notice?

I\'m expecting to receive the FP Notice before March ends and hopefully do the finger printing by late April or early May. That\'s the way I see it happening.

My wife got FP notice, hers is scheduled on 3/27/02.
Her RD - 10/18/01
ND - 11/30/02
FP - 3/27/02

Please help should I call IIO??
 
FP Recieved RD 12/07/2001 ND 12/17/2001 NJ

Finally After a Long Time FP Has Been RECIEVED Yesterday in Mail.
FP is on 04/25/2002@ Newark.

Hope Everyone will get who filed in December From New Jersey
